Rising Like a Phoenix
Kelly Kolodzinski draws her inspiration from the Phoenix, a symbol of hope and rebirth. “As the lore is told, when a phoenix rises from its ashes, it is stronger than ever and soars,” she shares. Now in her 40s, Kelly feels more beautiful and comfortable in her own skin than ever before.
Embracing Change
Kelly felt unfulfilled in her previous path and courageously changed her trajectory. She celebrates all aspects of her life, both good and bad, that shaped her into who she is today. “I shifted. I transitioned,” she explains. “It took courage and vulnerability to reinvent and rebuild.” Kelly’s passion and a past health crisis led her to become a business owner and holistic wellness practitioner. Now, she helps others on their wellness journey and heals the mind, body, and spirit.
Redefining Perfection
Through her experiences, Kelly realized there’s no single version of a “perfect” life. “I encourage everyone to live their best lives, whatever that looks like for them,” she says. “As women in our 40s, we are survivors, thrivers, co-creators, and products of each other and Mother Earth. We are to be celebrated.”
